How did tg99 get started?
The story of tg99 began with a simple realisation — people in Bangladesh genuinely needed a trustworthy, easy-to-use betting platform that operated in Bangla. For years, members had complained about language barriers on foreign sites, complicated payment methods, and poor customer service. tg99 was built to fill exactly that gap.
Since day one, tg99 has had a single philosophy: the member experience comes first. That's why payments via bKash and Nagad have been seamless from the start. That's why our support team speaks Bengali. And that's why every bonus term is written out clearly in plain Bengali.
How was the tg99 platform built?
Tg99's tech team prioritised the mobile user experience from day one. With internet usage in Bangladesh overwhelmingly mobile-driven, the entire platform was designed with that reality in mind. A great deal of work has gone into ensuring tg99 runs smoothly even on slower connections.
Through partnerships with world-class game providers – PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, and Ezugi – tg99 ensures its members have access to internationally certified games. These companies regularly have their games audited for fairness by independent organizations, so tg99 members can be confident that every result is completely unbiased.
Our Stance on Responsible Gaming
Tg99 believes online betting is a form of entertainment and should be treated as such. If any member feels their betting is getting out of control, safeguards are in place to help. Deposit limits, temporary account pauses, and permanent account closures are all available directly from the profile.
Tg99 never encourages members to bet more than they're comfortable with. Our promotions are about fun and rewards — not pushing anyone into unnecessary risk. Responsible gaming is at the core of everything we do.
Our Relationship with Members
Every tg99 member matters to us – whether you're brand new or a long-time regular. New members receive a welcome bonus and easy onboarding guidance. Regular members enjoy VIP perks and exclusive offers. And our longest-standing members unlock Diamond-tier benefits that are truly in a class of their own.
Tg99 is a platform that never stands still – something new happens every day. New games, new promotions, continuous platform improvements. And at the center of it all are our members, because everything we do is for them.
