Why tg99 prioritizes data protection
When you bet online, you are not just playing a game — you are trusting a platform with your personal and financial information. tg99 takes that trust seriously. A data breach or misuse does not only affect an account; it can compromise a real person's safety and financial security.
This is why tg99 has placed security at the core of its technology from day one. SSL encryption, regular security audits, and a minimal data collection policy are not just legal requirements — they are part of tg99's founding philosophy.
How your information works for you
The idea of data collection can make some people uneasy. But every piece of information tg99 collects works directly in your favor. Your mobile number is used for OTP verification, so no one else can log into your account. Your ID details are used for KYC, making withdrawals faster and more secure. Your transaction history means that if a dispute ever arises, you have evidence on your side.
Tg99 never asks for more information than necessary. If anyone claiming to represent tg99 requests sensitive details — such as your password, bank PIN, or OTP — it may be a fraud attempt. tg99 will never ask for your password or PIN.
Data protection in Bangladesh and tg99's position
As digital services continue to grow in Bangladesh, personal data security is an increasingly important conversation. tg99 is committed to keeping pace with this shift. We follow internationally recognized privacy standards because our members deserve nothing less.
Tg99's security team regularly audits systems, keeps software up to date, and monitors for suspicious activity. Any identified security issue is resolved promptly and affected members are notified.
Member trust — our most valuable asset
The trust our members place in tg99 has been the foundation of everything we've built. If a member ever feels their information isn't safe, they won't be able to enjoy their gaming experience with peace of mind. That's why data protection isn't just a legal obligation for us — it's the very basis of our relationship with every tg99 member.
If you have any questions or need clarification on anything, our support team is always here. Don't keep any privacy concerns to yourself — ask us directly, and we're ready to assist you.
